As an intentional symbol and the end of our visit to the castle we find the “chapel” under the middle part of the arcades in the centre. In its curve decorated with murals stands the full size, sitting Statue of Marital Love, which was modelled after his wife. He placed the symmetrical composition of Kiss (1908) on the two sides at the walls in front of the peculiar shrine giving it a special emphasis.
The yellow coloured ladies in the mural above the Statue of Marital Love are other famous artists’ muses (including Mona Lisa) who turned yellow because of envy as they are not loved as much as Bory’s wife.
